Beautiful! What paper/pencils do you use for your portraits?

Thank you. I use Canson Mi Tientes and Prismacolor.
Actually, the background on this piece has a pastel underpainting. I do this on larger pieces to speed up the work and will do a new post soon to describe my process. Thanks for asking and for your comment on the website. It's funny but it works for some folks and not for others...it needs some serious work (I did it myself on MS Publisher, just kind of stumbling through).-Maureen
